Where do I collect my car from?
At eurotorque, we prefer to personally deliver your new vehicle to your door (within the Auckland metro area). This allows us to spend quality time with you to demonstrate the features, pair up your phone to bluetooth and answer any questions you may have regarding operation.
If you are located outside of Auckland, you can collect your new vehicle from the Compliance Centre either in Auckland or Christchurch.
Insurance & Warranty
Will my new vehicle be covered under warranty?
New European vehicles typically have a minimum 2 year International Manufacturers Warranty from the date of first registration in the UK. Local franchised dealers are obligated to honour the manufacturer’s warranty provided the claim is within the warranty period.

Yes we have alternative warranty options, all of which are handled through our finance and insurance broker.

About the Cars
Can you convert the Sat Nav to NZ maps?
When your new vehicle goes through NZ compliance, a factory software update is completed. This upgrades the navigation to NZ maps and updates the digital metrics unit setting from miles to kms. Should your vehicle be optioned with Head-up Display and Traffic Sign Recognition, this is also converted.
Can you convert the speedometer to km?
During the factory software update at compliance, the digital metrics unit setting updates the vehicle speedometer from miles to kms.
What about servicing my new car?
Your local franchised dealer can still assist in maintaining and servicing your new vehicle. We recommend servicing your vehicle at your local dealer as you then have peace of mind that genuine parts will be fitted and professionally trained technicians are carrying out work on your car with the latest tools and technology.
